The Sales Associate will play a key role in identifying prospective clients, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales process from initial outreach through contract execution. This position requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to understand and articulate the value of the firm’s marketing services. Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, social platforms, and networking events to identify potential clients and initiate new business opportunities.
- Assist in managing inbound leads by responding promptly, gathering requirements, and scheduling consultations with senior sales or account managers.
- Present and clearly communicate the firm’s marketing services, capabilities, and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Support the preparation of sales materials, including proposals, presentations, service packages, and contracts.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system, including outreach, follow-ups, meeting notes, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Client Relations teams to ensure offerings align with client needs and project requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for business growth.
- Participate in sales meetings, assist with forecasting, and contribute to strategy discussions to support revenue targets.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism, brand representation, and customer service in every interaction.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a smooth transition into active campaigns.

Compensation
40,000 - 45,000 plus bonus/commission salary or hourly can be discussed
