Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. This individual will act as a primary liaison between clients and internal departments, providing prompt, accurate, and comprehensive support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring all communications are handled with efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding marketing services, campaign progress, timelines, deliverables, and billing inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including Creative, Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Project Management—to resolve client concerns and fulfill service requests.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the company’s CRM system and ensure all updates are documented promptly.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients by facilitating account setup, providing orientation on services, and ensuring a seamless transition into active campaigns.
  • Monitor client accounts proactively to identify potential issues, areas of improvement, or opportunities for enhanced service offerings.
  • Escalate complex or urgent matters to appropriate leadership and follow through until full resolution is achieved.
  • Collect, analyze, and report client feedback to management to support continuous service improvement and organizational development.
  • Support administrative functions such as updating client files, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and assisting with campaign documentation.
  • Represent the company’s brand with the highest level of professionalism and uphold all internal standards, guidelines, and values.
     

Qualifications
 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and organized documentation.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
     

Preferred:

  • Prior experience within a marketing, advertising, communications, or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology, including campaign optimization, analytics, social media platforms, and content workflows.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment.

Compensation

The Sales Associate will play a key role in identifying prospective clients, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales process from initial outreach through contract execution. This position requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to understand and articulate the value of the firm’s marketing services. The ideal candidate will be goal-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, social platforms, and networking events to identify potential clients and initiate new business opportunities.
  • Assist in managing inbound leads by responding promptly, gathering requirements, and scheduling consultations with senior sales or account managers.
  • Present and clearly communicate the firm’s marketing services, capabilities, and value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Support the preparation of sales materials, including proposals, presentations, service packages, and contracts.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system, including outreach, follow-ups, meeting notes, and pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Client Relations teams to ensure offerings align with client needs and project requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Participate in sales meetings, assist with forecasting, and contribute to strategy discussions to support revenue targets.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism, brand representation, and customer service in every interaction.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a smooth transition into active campaigns.
     

Qualifications

  • Understanding of marketing terminology, such as campaign structures, lead generation, branding, analytics, and digital platforms.
  • Prior experience working in a high-volume sales environment or meeting defined sales targets.

Compensation

40,000 - 45,000 plus bonus/commission salary or hourly can be discussed
